How frequently do I need my house cleaned?

Everyone’s needs and budgets are different. When deciding what frequency to select we recommend the following:

Weekly Cleaning: This is the best option if you are ready to give up cleaning for good. You will literally never scrub and shower again.

Bi-weekly Cleaning: Our bi-weekly service is our clients’ most popular choice to keep your home looking its best. This is especially true for busy people, families, or pet owners.

Monthly Cleaning: Our monthly service is best for people on a budget, seniors, or those who can keep up with regular cleaning tasks.

What level of cleaning do I need for my first clean?

If it has been more than 6 months since your home has been professionally cleaned, we strongly recommend a Top to Bottom Deluxe. 

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

The ideal cleaning situation is when no one is home. Since this is not always possible, we will do our best to work safely around you. We recommend that children and pets are out of the area where we are cleaning.

What will you use on my wood floors?

We use a damp mopping process in order to put minimal moisture on the floor. Damp mopping is a flat mop with a microfiber mop head similar to the Bona system. Our solution is a PH neutral floor cleaner that is designed to be safe for wood floors. If a customer has a specific cleaner they would like us to use on their wood (or any surface in the home) simply leave the product out on the counter and we would be happy to use it in your home.

Is having a cleaner in my home safe?

Safety is one of the top reasons people choose a professional cleaning company over an independent cleaner. All of our staff pass a rigid background check covering both local and federal databases. Every cleaner has been thoroughly trained so they know how to safely clean all the finishes and surfaces they will encounter in your home. Our company carries both liability insurance as well as workman’s compensation insurance in the unlikely event that a cleaning tech is injured in your home.
